Structural Design: The long-tube air respirator consists of a vehicle-mounted integrated stainless steel cylinder cart, four 6.8L/9L carbon fiber cylinders (with rubber sleeves), a high-pressure hose, an air distributor, a pressure regulator, a pressure gauge, an alarm, a medium-pressure long tube, a Y-shaped quick-connect fitting, a gas distribution tube, an air supply valve, a face mask, and an auxiliary waist belt. Its compact structure makes it easy to carry and store, simple to wear, and quick to operate, greatly reducing the operator's load and improving mobility.

Gas Supply System: The standard configuration of the medium-pressure conduit includes one 30-meter main pipe and two 10-meter auxiliary pipes, with the total length extendable to 90 meters as needed. The gas supply capacity reaches 505 L/min, with a working pressure of 30 MPa, ensuring sufficient breathing air volume.

Mask Design: The full-face mask undergoes anti-fogging and hardening treatment, effectively extending its service life. A positive pressure is maintained inside the mask at all times to prevent the intrusion of harmful gases and ensure the user's respiratory safety. The full-view design provides a total field of vision retention of 85.4% and a binocular field of vision retention of 71.0%, offering users a clearer field of vision.

Safety Assurance: A high-pressure alarm device promptly alerts users to evacuate dangerous areas and has a low-gas alarm function. Gas cylinders can be interchanged to ensure uninterrupted gas supply. Air tightness testing results show that the pressure gauge pressure drops by less than 2 MPa within one minute, ensuring a tight seal. The gas cylinders on the cart comply with GB 28053 standards, with a nominal working pressure of 30 MPa and a nominal volume of 6.8L/9L.

Multi-user: This respirator can be used by two people simultaneously for mutual monitoring, further enhancing user safety. Users can choose single or double use based on their needs. The maximum operating distance is 50 meters for single-user use and 40 meters for double-user use.

Use and Durability: This product boasts extremely high durability and reliability. After kinking and compression tests, the airflow loss in the air supply hose is less than 10%. The static pressure inside the full-face mask is 293 Pa, not exceeding the opening pressure of the exhaust valve, ensuring smooth breathing.

Easy Operation: The air supply valve can be quickly and easily connected to the mask at 360 degrees. The trolley's walking mechanism is equipped with a braking device with a friction coefficient of 0.45, ensuring stability during movement.
