Structural Design: This respirator consists of a vehicle-mounted integrated stainless steel cylinder cart, four 6.8L/9L carbon fiber cylinders (with rubber sleeves), high-pressure hoses, a gas distributor, a pressure reducer, a pressure gauge, an alarm, a medium-pressure long tube, Y-shaped quick connectors, a gas distribution tube, a supply valve, a face mask, and an auxiliary waist belt. Its compact structure facilitates carrying and storage. The simple wearing method eliminates the need to carry cylinders and a back frame, reducing weight, facilitating movement, and making it suitable for extended work periods.

•Air Supply System:** The standard medium-pressure tubing includes one 30-meter main pipe and two 10-meter auxiliary pipes, with the total length extendable to 80 meters as needed. Air supply capacity reaches 500L/min, with a working pressure of 30MPa, ensuring ample fresh air.

•High-Efficiency and Safe Mask Design:** The full-face mask undergoes anti-fogging and hardening treatment, extending its service life. The static pressure inside the mask is 145Pa, not exceeding the opening pressure of the exhaust valve, resulting in low breathing resistance. The inspiratory resistance of the full-face mask is 62Pa, and the expiratory resistance is 779Pa, ensuring smooth breathing for the user.

•Easy-to-Operate Air Supply System:** The air supply valve is designed for quick 360-degree insertion and insertion into the mask, facilitating wear and operation. A high-pressure alarm promptly alerts the user to evacuate from dangerous areas, and a low-gas alarm function further ensures user safety.

•Multi-User Capability:** This respirator supports simultaneous air supply to two people, enhancing mutual monitoring and further ensuring user safety in hazardous environments. For single-person use, the maximum operating distance is 50 meters; for two-person use, the maximum operating distance is 40 meters.

High-strength connection system: The long-tube respirator has a tensile strength exceeding 1000N, ensuring stability and safety under harsh conditions. The connection strength between the branch air supply pipe and the conversion device, and between the main air supply pipe and the branch air supply pipe, reaches 795N, guaranteeing the sealing and safety of the air supply system.

Air cylinder and alarm function: The air cylinders on the cart conform to GB 28053 standard, with a nominal working pressure of 30MPa and a nominal volume of 6.8L/9L. When the cylinder pressure drops to (5.5±0.5)MPa, the alarm will sound continuously until the cylinder pressure drops to 1MPa, with a peak alarm intensity ≥90dB(A), reminding the user to replace the air cylinder in time.
