Mask:

The mask features a cylindrical design and is made of liquid silicone, providing reliable sealing and comfortable wear. The face shield offers a wide field of view with high light transmittance, preventing dizziness and distortion, with multiple anti-fog layers and abrasion and impact resistance. It has a unique eyeglass frame that allows for optional prescription lenses.

 

The full-face mask uses a wedge-shaped design—wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, with a vertical faceplate—so that when placed on the ground, the faceplate does not touch the surface, preventing scratches.

 

The HUD (Heads-Up Display) function is realized by transmitting light from the supply valve to the inside of the mask through a light guide column.

 

Air Supply Valve:

The supply valve includes an air bypass function (allowing the user to breathe ambient air when opened). The bypass function features a design to prevent accidental operation, with both physical and electronic indicators to notify the user when it is active.

 

The HUD light display is transmitted into the mask via the light guide column. The valve also has a forced air supply knob, which can provide air in emergencies and can simultaneously clear the mask of fog and dust.

Intelligent Pressure Gauge

The system uses an intelligent pressure gauge (with a mechanical gauge) and a mechanical alarm whistle, allowing operation even when power is off. The intelligent gauge features a fall alarm and synchronized HUD light display. The front-mounted mechanical pressure gauge and alarm whistle are integrated, with a movable connection to the high-pressure hose allowing 360° rotation. The gauge dial is luminous for easy reading in the dark. The alarm whistle is positioned on the front of the shoulder and produces a sound ≥90 dB.

 

Pressure Reducer System

The assembly features a constant-pressure design. When the output pressure of the reducer exceeds the preset safety pressure, the medium-pressure safety valve automatically releases pressure. The reducer is also equipped with a rapid-filling device.

 

Flame-retardant performance of materials

Cylinder assembly

The cylinder inner layer is wrapped with circular markings. The cylinder valve is equipped with a built-in dual-sided pressure gauge, capable of displaying the internal cylinder pressure at all times. Cylinder water capacity is 6.8 L, made of fully-wound carbon fiber composite material.

 

The liner is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant, lightweight aluminum alloy. Rated working pressure: 30 MPa; hydrostatic test pressure: 50 MPa; burst pressure: 102 MPa.

 

The cylinder valve handwheel is designed with an anti-slip feature. The cylinder valve interface thread specification is G5/8.
