Air supply valve

The air supply valve is an insert-type positive-pressure valve with an airflow rate exceeding 300-500 L/min. During use, simply insert the valve into the face mask and take a deep breath to activate the air supply.

Operation of the Main Valve:

  1. Insert the air supply valve directly into the face mask.
  2. A “click” sound indicates proper engagement.
  3. Take a deep breath to automatically open the valve and start the air supply.

Bypass Valve (Emergency Valve):
The bypass valve is integrated into the main air supply valve for emergency use.

  • If the main valve malfunctions, press and hold the bypass valve button.
  • The valve will provide a constant airflow directly to the face mask, allowing the operator to safely evacuate.

The air supply valve rotates when connected to the face mask, allowing the wearer to adjust it to the optimal position. This ensures greater freedom of movement and keeps the valve aligned with the user’s body during operations.

The factory-sealed balanced piston assembly requires no routine maintenance or lubrication, reducing costs and extending service life. The protective cover can be quickly removed for cleaning and disinfection when needed.
